The Business Analyst is responsible for acting as the crucial link between a client’s vision and the technical execution of a project. They translate business goals into clear, actionable specifications, ensuring that the team builds the right solutions the right way. This role is for strategic thinkers who enjoy problem-solving and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure product vision and client goals are clearly articulated.
- Drive clarity by converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Lead conversations with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and break down complex ideas.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for the development team.
- Ensure features align with the product roadmap and client expectations.
- Build a deep understanding of end users to guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create alignment between Product Owner, developers, and testers.
- Help track and refine success metrics throughout the development lifecycle.
Experience:
- Proven track record of converting high-level ideas into well-defined user stories and functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.
- Experience in leading conversations with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills to manage expectations of many stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
