Boston Whaler’s Problem
Boston Whaler’s existing app, while innovative at its inception, was no longer available on the App Store due to evolving policies, limiting its accessibility for new sales team members. To maintain their reputation for excellence and empower their sales team, Boston Whaler needed a modern, mobile-friendly solution that ensured all team members had consistent access to boat specs, models, and other critical information. Before the app, salespeople relied on printed brochures and pamphlets, which were less efficient and harder to keep up-to-date. A digital solution would enable sales reps to easily access accurate information on their phones, share it with customers, and focus on delivering a premium experience to customers.
Rubico’s Software Solution
Rubico delivered the app on time for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, which was used by their team of 50 people. As one of the biggest opportunities for sales, the teams needed an app that was functional, designed well, and easy to use.
