Project Overview
The Paxster Connect App has improved last mile delivery for OVER 5,000 SMART VEHICLES.
Paxster, a Norwegian manufacturer of electric utility vehicles, needed a mobile solution to improve last-mile delivery efficiency and provide real-time vehicle data access. Their system lacked mobile functionality, making it difficult for drivers and fleet managers to track vehicles, monitor battery performance, and optimize routes. Rubico developed Paxster Connect, a mobile app that integrates with Paxster’s fleet management system. This app gives drivers real-time insights into their vehicle’s status, including battery life, location, and performance metrics.

Paxster's Challenge
Paxster AS required a mobile app to seamlessly integrate with their Paxster Connect web platform, providing fleet users with real-time vehicle control and data access. However, they faced several technical obstacles. Users lacked mobile access to monitor vehicle status or track locations, limiting operational efficiency. Scalability concerns arose as the existing system struggled to onboard new vehicles and users quickly. Inconsistent data flow from third-party services led to reporting inaccuracies, while database performance bottlenecks caused slowdowns in accessing vehicle insights. As Paxster expanded across Europe, they needed a scalable, mobile-first solution to support rapid growth, enhance user experience, and provide seamless, real-time access to critical fleet data.
Rubico’s Software Solution
