Overview
A Relationship Manager is the bridge connecting our global team. This role offers crucial support to both the team and client as well as holds the ability to step in where needed to improve communication and collaboration. We need servant leaders that can amplify our ability to communicate and execute reliably by managing client relationships through quick problem solving that is founded on mutual benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Rubico’s Sales division in closing deals.
- Assists the team in serving clients and managing their expectations.
- Stays connected through the life cycle of the project and manages ongoing client opportunities.
- Follows up on client referrals in order to win new business.
- Assists the Business Development team in creating and reviewing proposals.
- Grows trustful relationships with the clients in order to create multi-project, mutually fruitful relationships.
- Leads start-up and milestone meetings with the clients.
- Is intimately involved in operations and understands and actively collaborates with the delivery team.
