- Address and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly to preserve the company’s reputation and ensure customer contentment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
- A degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or sufficient experience in a similar role.
- Experience as an Account Executive or in a similar customer service role with a proven track record of nurturing client relationships.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills that foster strong relationships.
- A solid understanding of Google Workspace.
